You’ll find specific information about each house in the property’s descriptions.

The maximum number of guests is indicated for each house. It is not permitted to exceed this limit.

If you are under 28, you must contact the host for approval of your reservation.

The minimum stay is three nights and, in high season, five nights. Any reservation including dates in July, August, the night of June 23rd or the night of December 31st is regarded as high-season. The host will not accept the reservation if the minimum stay conditions are not met.

It’s important to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. However, final cleaning is the responsibility of the owner. Mandatory expenses for final cleaning are indicated in the accommodation descriptions.

Kitchen, bed and bathroom linen are included in the rental price. However, we recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for the use at the pool or beach.

Yes, a deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit will be refunded within a maximum of eight days after departure. Any damage costs will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

A few days before your arrival, the owner will provide you with access details and check-in instructions.

Guests are allowed to enter the house from 5 p.m. onwards. It is important to contact the owner after arrival.

If you wish to arrive before 5 p.m., please contact the owner to check availability and for an additional charge.

Guests must leave the accommodation by 10 a.m. It is important to respect this time, as the cleaning of the accommodation for future guests is scheduled immediately after departure.

If you wish to leave later than 10 a.m., please contact the owner to check availability and for an additional charge.

If you need a transfer service, let us know so we can provide you with contact information for taxi service.

Pets are not allowed.

It’s easy to book an accommodation at any time on our official website. Moreover, we offer you the best price guarantee. Select the Villa that best suits your vacation and choose the available dates with the exact number of guests. Your booking request will be manually approved by the owner and you will receive detailed instructions.

The rental price breaks down into the cost of renting the accommodation, the cost of booking, the cost of final cleaning and the compulsory security deposit.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive confirmation of your booking and payment instructions. The total rental price can be settled in two instalments:

A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due on receipt of the booking confirmation.

The remainder of the rent and the security deposit must be paid at least thirty days before arrival.

If payment is not made on time, the reservation may be cancelled.

After booking, we will send you the detailed payment instructions.

Yes, you can cancel your booking by contacting the host. See cancellation conditions.

Cancellation policy:

If there are 60 or more days left before arrival, a full refund will be made.

If there are between 60 or 30 days left before arrival, 70% of the total amount for the reservation will be refunded.

If there are 30 to 7 days left before arrival, 50% of the total amount for the reservation will be refunded.

In general, no refunds will be made if there are less than 7 days to your arrival.

Please note that changes are subject to availability and may have additional costs.

You are obliged to treat the accommodation and equipment with the utmost care. You must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition when you leave. The owner is not responsible for damage to belongings caused by damage to the house or misuse of the accommodation. In the event of damage to the accommodation and/or negligence on the part of guests, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the amount paid as security deposit. We appreciate guests’ cooperation in reporting any damage before leaving the house.

If the booking conditions are not respected, the host has the right to cancel the stay. Paying the booking fee does not guarantee your stay in the villa. If the booking is cancelled, a full refund will be made.
